Problem: Rosemary had called me out to her home in Hoppers Crossing to see if i could repair her computer which was failing to boot. On my initial inspection of the PC, I found that the systems power supply was not functional. The system was taken for repair.

Resolution: Because of the age of the PC and the inherit problems with a computer of that age, A new system was built for Rosemary and her husband. There new system was outfitted with a brand new TV-card, 24″ monitor and powerful new hardware.

The total turn around time for this job was approx 4 days.

Computer Service Call – Deer Park

Client Name: Flora

Location: Deer Park 3023, Melbourne Victoria Australia

Problem: Flora had a recently bought PC running WIndows Vista that was in need of repair. It seems that the most recent attempt to run an automatic windows update had somehow crashed the system.

The issue required me to go to Flora’s home in Deer Park to assess the problem. For this particular job the PC was taken for off-site service.

Resolution: Windows update had somehow crashed, and damaged several critical system files causing the computer to simply blue-screen on boot. These important system files were repaired by our computer technicians and then delivered back to Flora’s home in 24 hours.

Custom Built PC – Point Cook

Job Description: Jillian required a new PC for her home run business, She also needed the computer to be able to play the latest games for her son.

Rather than go to a computer store such as Dick Smith or Harvey Norman to purchase her new system she had Clearsky custom build her a solution.

The result was an outstanding example of how affordable, and how much better quality systems. The system we build had a core i7 processor, Solid state hard disk and a fan-less 9800GT Graphics card for nearly silent computing.

You would not even be able to get this current technology from a major retailer, who are generally 12 months behind and at least 75% more expensive.

The system was delivered and setup in-home for no extra charge.
