PC Support Call – Point Cook

Issues: The client’s PC refuses to boot into windows XP, and will not boot in safe mode either.

Problem: After a technicians evaluation, it is deturmined that critical system files had become corrupt and an OS re-installation was required.

Resolution: The client’s music, documents, emails and favourates were recovered and a clean system was installed. The PC was delivered back to the client where the PC was then configured for the printer and wireless network.
